To prepare for this workshop, please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring:

• Journal and writing instrument

• Any spiritual tools you'd like to support you in this work (e.g. crystals, tinctures)

• Water bottle to stay hydrated

• Eye mask and blanket (optional)

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself ample time to park, check in and get settled in the space prior to the start of the workshop.
