Teachers Who Have Shaped My Practice | 12/13/24
I wouldn’t be where I am today without my teachers & many, many resources. Some are spirit baby specific, some related to mediumship, and others have informed how I tend to my body, my femininity, and soul’s growth and healing. If my work has moved you, maybe something that has moved me will too.

The classic book "Spirit Babies" by Walter Makichen
The original. The classic. Walter Makichen coined the term “spirit baby”, and on my first reading I couldn’t put it down! Makichen was a highly spiritual being and so many of his practices are esoteric to the maximum. I love acting as a bridge (this is also how I describe my role when connecting you with your spirit baby) to apply his practices in sessions with you to make them readily accessible. Read this book if you’d like to know more about spirit baby fundamentals and to receive a wide range of practical advice. Consider supporting a local bookstore when purchasing. Spirit Guide Meditation with Aja Dashuur
I’ve learned so much from working with Aja. I literally recommend everything she offers. Her offerings continue to evolve, but she is a powerful medium and does all things to help you connect to your spirit guides and have healthy relationships to spirit. From her oracle deck, monthly meditations, days long retreats, to private sessions for you and your home. Sacred Feminine Wisdom teachings from Alize Lily
One of the threads of my devotion has been studying the codes of Mary Magdalen. She’s shaped my embodiment of the sacred feminine, which leads my womb work and spirit baby communication. I'm so grateful to Alize and her partner Oliver for all they've taught me about Yeshua, Mary Magdalen, conscious conception, and sacred union.

During my years living in Los Angeles, I got to connect with so many amazing practitioners. Phoebe is one of them! She’s a manual therapist, birth and full spectrum doula, and certified Mercier Therapy Practitioner. If you’ve browsed my site, you know I hold womb work sessions, bringing womb care into meditations, ceremony, and spirit baby sessions. I highly recommend her in-person services for anyone wanting to give their womb more love.

Sacred Tours to Egypt
Traveling to Egypt with High Priestess Dee Kennedy (here pictured with her son, Leo) in the fall of 2021 changed my life. Beginning my priestess training with Dee shifted all of my world views, and ushered in one of my spiritual awakenings that helped me transmute some heavy shadow material. I met Dee while living in San Francisco and some informal volunteering led to building a relationship with one of my most important mentors! I’ve had acupuncture sessions with a dozen different practitioners all across the country and Crystal at AcuPUNKture is by far the best. Her treatments are thoughtful and thorough. She even specializes in fertility! I have known Crystal for years and this collective she has built is supportive and heartfelt. The Whimsical Wellness Boutique attached to the space has all the magical tools and treats you need, and I love teaching workshops in the community room when I am in MA.
Dare to Feel Podcast with Alexandra Roxo
I’ve learned so much from this woman, and her practices have inspired my work. Learning from her helped me connect to my feminine essence in an embodied way. I’ve done group coursework, retreats, and 1-1 sessions with her. She shares her perspective on sex through the lenses of what is taboo and what is sacred, especially when we consider sex is the origin of life and without sex, conception, parenting, (including all the mundane, ugly, and difficult aspects), there would be no life, no container for spirit. Learn about the intersection of the sacred and the profane in her delicious podcast.
